How can I update or remove an existing user?

On the firm's landing, go to 'Users' and click on the profile of the user you want to update:


Within the User profile, there are also two extra options that are only available for existing users:

  • Make inactive: If a user no longer needs access to Silverfin, you can make them inactive. All the data that this user has ever added will be retained, however.
  • Send welcome mail: use this feature to send the user an email enabling them to set a new password.
